Gillian is the founder of Grand & Wells Events.
With a background spanning ballet, marketing, retail, consulting, and event planning, she brings a refined blend of grace, discipline, and attention to detail to every wedding she plans.
Fueled by coffee, avocados, wine, and pasta, she approaches each celebration with clarity and organization, allowing her couples to seamlessly balance the demands of a wedding with the rhythms of busy lives.
Renowned for her calm presence, editorial eye, and polished execution, Gillian is passionate about designing wedding experiences that are timeless, elegant, and effortlessly stress-free.

From bi-weekly meetings/check ins, to providing reassurance with set-up/decor, to making our wedding timeline, to providing us with packing lists/things to remember, to contacting all of our vendors, to making sure our tables, reception area, and ceremony site was decorated exactly how we pictured, to coordinating our ceremony, and everything in between, she did such an amazing job! She even lugged a ton of pumpkins and larger decor items to the reception site to set up for us 🙂 She handled everything the day of the wedding and we did not have an ounce of stress when it came to those finer details.
